Welcome to Penang

Penang is a state in northwest Malaysia comprising mainland Seberang Perai and Penang Island. On the island, the state capital of George Town is home to landmarks such as colonial Fort Cornwallis, the ornate Chinese clan house Khoo Kongsi and the Kapitan Keling Mosque, all testaments to centuries of foreign influence. To the west, a funicular ascends Penang Hill, with its trails, flower gardens and panoramic views. Penang also known as one of the best place for tourist to visit as they able to do lots of activities such as theme park, explore hill/mountain, water sports and others.

Penang Hill

Penang Hill’s funicular train is one of the most iconic attractions on the island, offering sightseers a chance to get some great views over Penang from 2750ft above ground level. The 2007 metre-long railway was built in 1901 but went through a revamp in 2010 to turn it into an electric system.  Visit Penang Hill website for  more details

BATU FERRINGHI WATER SPORTS

Batu Ferringhi is famed for its beaches. Acres and acres of smooth, sandy beaches along its coastline provide the perfect avenue for a variety of beach sports and water sports activities, with a few companies along its length offering such facilities. Foot reflexology and fish spa centres are also aplenty here, with many hotels and resorts along Jalan Batu Ferringhi offering foot massage services. The contrasting beaches of neighbouring Teluk Bahang are popular spots for snorkeling.
